Amber Portwood made a heartbreaking confession before her July 2019 arrest. The Teen Mom OG fan favorite broke down in tears during a therapy session.

"It's like a ticking time bomb," the mother-of-two told her therapist. It is not known when this session took place.
As seen in previous episodes, Amber recently started welcoming the MTV cameras inside her therapy sessions. In one episode, she was almost in tears telling her therapist that she wishes there was a cure for her mental illness so she can walk outside and be "happy."
Amber admitted that it wasn't easy inviting the camera crew into her sessions, but was hoping that it would help audience members who are also going through what she is.
Amber was arrested on July 5th for domestic violence against her second baby daddy and current boyfriend, Andrew Glennon.
She threw a shoe at him while he was holding their son, James, and allegedly tried attacking the 35-year-old with a machete.
Following the incident, a no-contact order was placed for Andrew and James against Amber.
Amber won big in court on Thursday, July 25th and finally received some good news. The no-contact order was lifted and she was granted supervised visits with the 1-year-old.
