Arrow. 8pm on The CW. In the wintere premiere, the people try their best to protect their city in the Arrow’s absence, though Felicity refuses to believe that Oliver is dead.
Best New Restaurant. 10pm on Bravo. Tom Colicchio hosts the newest cooking competition show, which pits new eateries against each other. Two new Italian restaurants will complete three challenges in the series premiere.
Hot in Cleveland. 10pm on TV Land. Joy's sister leaves the monastery to pay Cleveland a visit, but there's bigger fish to fry when Victoria and Melanie have to finish their children's book in 48 hours.
Snooki & Jwoww. 10pm on MTV. Nicole gives birth to her daughter, Giovanna, and your heart will melt as you watch Lorenzo meet his baby sister for the very first time. You can't script this stuff, folks!
