Amy Duggar is pregnant with her first child, and fans couldn’t be more excited! The rebel Duggar cousin has long sat on the sidelines while her famous cousins like Jill, Jessa, and Jinger have all started families. Unlike the Counting On stars, Amy chose to wait before having kids, and after four years, she finally announced it’s her turn to have a baby! Amy, 32, announced her pregnancy with a sweet photo on Instagram. In it, she and her husband, Dillon King, stood by a stream as they held up four letter balloons that spelled “baby.”
“BABY KING IS ON THE WAY!!! Happy Easter from our growing family to yours!!” she captioned it.
On Tuesday, April 23, Amy shared more news about her upcoming bundle of joy!
In a new Instagram post, Amy revealed that she’s received several “sweet messages, emails, and prayers.” “Baby King is already so loved!!” she wrote alongside a photo of a bouquet of flowers and petit fours that had the word “baby” written on them in blue and pink icing.
Amy’s mom Deanna commented, “I couldn’t be happier!!! Love you sweet daughter of mine!!”
While Amy’s mom is clearly excited about her pregnancy, her cousins seem less enthused. Several of Amy’s relatives failed to like or comment on her original pregnancy post.
Amy was rumored to be feuding with her conservative relatives and reportedly couldn’t even share pictures of them on social media. However, the feud seemed to be mended when the Duggars wished Amy a happy birthday on Facebook.
