Amy's sister-in-law Molly Fischer made the cake which consisted of skin-colored frosting, sprinkles and a Cabbage Patch Doll's head.

The Trainwreck star appeared to have thought the cake was just that based off her caption.

In the Instagram post the actress wrote, "My sister-in-law. And I can’t stress that enough IN LAW. surprised me with a horrifying cake and I can’t thank her enough. So I won’t thank her at all. @mofischhh something is truly wrong with you and I love you. #haunting#butthole."

The comedian's humor has been growing by the minute throughout her pregnancy. While battling hyperemesis gravidarum she shared a photo of her hooked up to an IV on Instagram and asked followers, "Am I glowing?"

She also incorporated humor in her announcement that she and husband Chris Fischer were expecting. "Chris and I are thrilled and almost positive he's the father. I look forward to competing with Meghan Markle every step of the way," she star told the LA Times. (She and Meghan announced their pregnancies about a week apart in October 2018).
