Brad Pitt isn't giving up without a fight! The actor just dropped a major bombshell on his former wife, Angelina Jolie.

According to a recent divorce filing, Brad is asking for joint custody of their 6 children, according to NBC News.

Back in September, the longtime couple shocked the world and separated following an alleged fight on a private plane involving one of the kids.

In the divorce papers, the couple listed "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the separation.

As of now, the couple have a temporary custody agreement where Brad is allowed visitation with their six children.
