Jana, 29, posted this pic with her good friend Laura DeMasie, whom she recently denied dating, and Anna, 30.
Fans couldn’t believe it was the same Anna they spent years watching on 19 Kids and Counting.
“@annaduggar oh my gosh! I had to go back and look. Didn’t realize that was you!” one fan wrote.
“Holy cow. Anna lost tons of weight. Looking good girl!” said another.
As OK! readers know, Anna committed to walking 50 miles in the month of February after followers kept asking if she was expecting again.
She ultimately walked 55 miles and fans think her dedication paid off.
“@annaduggar you have thinned out SO much!!! I didn’t even recognize you ? so pretty? way to go with your walking!!!” a fan congratulated her.
“Anna looks like she’s slimmed down from all that walking. I should start the 50 mile challenge!” said another.
