Back in 2013, Anna, her baby boy Jack, and Chris went shopping at a local farmer's market in Studio City. Anna had just been cast as the lead in CBS comedy Moms.
Date night! The former couple stepped out without their son and enjoyed some quality time together.
So supportive! Anna headed to Jimmy Kimmel Live to support her husband, who was there promoting his blockbuster film, Guardian of the Galaxy back in 2014.
The two arrived at the premiere of Marvel’s Guardians Of The Galaxy at El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood and lit up on the red carpet.
Superstar! Anna was by Chris' side as he took a step onto his just unveiled Hollywood Walk of Fame Star on April 21, 2017 in Hollywood, California, where he was the recipient of the 2,607th Star in the category of Motion Picture.
But clearly, there was more to the couple than met the eye. One thing that may have negatively impacted their relationship is all the media attention due to their growing fame. In 2015, Anna admitted, "I had always kind of believed that part of the rumors of celebrity couples were sort of true because they had never been part of my life," she told Us Weekly. "I was like, 'Oh, maybe there's a kernel of truth to that.' It's been a little devastating, because for us, it's like, 'What the heck?' This has been blindsiding to us. We have an incredible relationship. It's been weirdly stinging."
So could her insecurity have played a role in their split?
As previously reported, there were also rumors about Chris getting too close to Passengers co-star, Jennifer Lawrence. Anna told Fox News, “I have always kind of believed that part of the rumors of celebrity couples were sort of true because they had never been a part of my life. I thought 'Maybe there is a kernel of truth to that.'”
