Rumors of a romance between the two were first sparked after Peltz posted a pic on Instagram last week canoodling with Bella and Gigi's younger brother.
The alleged lovebirds added more fuel to the fire when they were spotted out together in Beverly Hills, CA on Wednesday.
Hadid and Peltz looked awfully cozy with one another as they giggled and held hands.
