Ariel Winter said goodbye to her black hair and said hello again to her red locks on February 25. The Modern Family star was spotted leaving Nine Zero One Hair Salon on Melrose Place where she dyed her hair.
Ariel, 22, spent six hours in the salon chair changing back into a redhead just days after she wrapped up filming her hit ABC sitcom.
The actress showed off her new 'do as she made her way out of the salon. Her hair popped against her black sweater, black and orange leggings and matching running shoes.
On February 7, the Sofia The First star posted a throwback snap on Instagram where she rocked her red locks. She reminisced about going back to the color and wrote in her caption, "?Can’t wait to get back to this hair color? #fbf!"
In the comments section, she also gave her boyfriend Luke Benward a shoutout. “Hehehe baby is pumped for this hair color to return,” she wrote.
Ariel made it official with Luke, 24, last month on social media when she reposted a friend's Instagram Story of her and the actor riding on the back of a golf cart. The pair hugged and looked very much in love in the snap. The couple was first linked in December 2019 when they were photographed together while out with friends. The romance came just two months after Ariel split with boyfriend of three years Levi Meaden in October.
On February 23, Ariel's black hair was still very much in tact when she stepped out for the Modern Family wrap party. She paired her dark tresses with a sexy sheer black dress and black sandals. Her costar Sarah Hyland also matched with a black dress and the two turned heads at the bash.
Modern Family will end its 11-year run later this year. Ariel posted a shot of herself wearing her black hair for the show one last time that same day while chilling in her trailer. "In just a few hours we will series wrap on @abcmodernfam, and along with everything else, I will be saying goodbye to the trailer I have had for almost a decade. Goodbye trailer! Goodbye Alex plaque! ? #modernfamily #memories #family #farewell," Ariel wrote alongside her pic.
