Bebe Rexha and Rita Ora collaborated earlier this year for the song “Girls,” and the duo are continuing to use their combined powers for good. They were spotted leaving the first London meeting for Bebe’s collective Women In Harmony and they were the definition of fierce female friendship! Read on to check out their looks.

Bebe opted for a black blazer that featured a studded and plunging v-neck. She slicked her blonde hair back and added a pair of oversized shades for a little added edge.

Rita took the opposite approach — she kept it ultra glam. She wore a silky cream gown and debuted a chic mullet.

The event itself was for Bebe’s pet project, Women In Harmony, which was started in LA. She explained to The Standard that she wanted female artists and songwriters to have safe space to share their career woes. She said, “I've never heard anyone in this industry talk about a male and say they were emotional or all over the place.”

“But I’ve heard it about female writers, about female artists — people saying they are divas. How come there’s no word for a male that’s a diva?” she continued.

The Brooklyn native pointed out, “The top 40 on the US radio is 16 per cent females and 84 per cent males. When I found that out I was upset and thought, ‘Something’s got to change’. I decided to put this together.”

When it was time for her pal Rita to speak, the “For You” singer wasn’t afraid to gush over the night's organizer. She said, “I’ve never been part of anything that’s this strong. Seeing someone like Bebe who is so outspoken, so proud of who they are and represents themselves and still wants to help other people … I’ve never met anyone who can compare to her in the industry.”
