It looked like Bella was enjoying a girls' night out. The Weeknd was nowhere to be seen, despite being spotted on a dinner date with her last week.
Jesse also looked amazing in loose green pants and a leopard print bikini top.
Bella's been enjoying her summer. Earlier this week she was seen cruising around L.A. with Kendall Jenner, before the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star karate kicked a beer bottle off her friend's head at a party.
