The 90s-esque garb included small sunglasses, dark lipstick, wide hooped earrings, a studded belt, a thin black cardigan, baggy sweats and classic white Nike Air Force 1s.
Bella looks like she just stepped out of the famed 90s chick-flick Clueless in her fab outfit! As if! (As Cher Horowitz would say!)
The leggy brunette took some selfies with fans who stopped to say hello as she left her hotel.
Bella flew to France to work on her Dior campaign as she is a Dior Beauty Ambassador. She just starred in a series of makeup videos for the luxury fashion brand.
