Estranged couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have been warned by the Los Angeles Superior Court that their divorce case may be thrown out if the two don't take the next step to file and enter the final judgment proceedings. The couple announced their separation in June 2015 and have been dragging their feet in making it official.

The court explained to the two that “If they fail to take the appropriate steps in their case, the court may dismiss their case for delay in prosecution.”
