Bumping Heads! Inside Claims Ben Affleck Refuses To Sign Postnuptial Agreement For Jennifer Garner

Forget the documents! Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner may be back on, but that certainly doesn't mean they agree on everything!

In fact, Jennifer allegedly wants Ben to sign a postnuptial agreement, since the two never had a prenup in place prior to their marriage, but Ben isn't having it.

A source told InTouch, "Ben refused," to sign the agreement, but not for reasons one may think! The actor “really wants to show Jen how much she means to him and how confident he is in their relationship this time around."

Although she and Ben announced their separation in 2015, the couple has been working on their relationship and are often spotted out together. So hopefully the second time is the charm.

"He told Jen that if she wants a postnup, he’ll just put everything in her name. But Jen obviously doesn’t want that," the insider continued.
