In fact, Jennifer allegedly wants Ben to sign a postnuptial agreement, since the two never had a prenup in place prior to their marriage, but Ben isn't having it.

A source told InTouch, "Ben refused," to sign the agreement, but not for reasons one may think! The actor “really wants to show Jen how much she means to him and how confident he is in their relationship this time around."
