Her film producer beau eventually took his shirt off during their sunny escapade.
Bethenny and Paul appeared to be straight chilling with one another for the duration of their time out.
Bethenny became Instagram official with Paul on Christmas Day last year. She posted a set of photos of them together in the Dominican Republic.
She also shared a cute selfie of them with hearts drawn around the picture frame on Valentine's Day.
