The former fiancé of Rob Kardashian is 29-years-old and has a better body than most women who never were pregnant. But while she constantly promotes weight loss supplements and a healthy lifestyle on Instagram, a source tells OK! magazine that it took much more than that for her to get so slim and trim.

While Chyna may not be a Kardashian, she is making similar moves as them, as Khloe has reportedly done CoolSculpting, which is a popular fat-freezing procedure. It’s a non-surgical fat-reduction treatment that uses controlled cooling to eliminate stubborn fat.

An insider continues, “She had some baby weight leftover she’s not been able to shift, but she’s super keen to go a lot more lean with her silhouette. She’s had pounds of fat removed from her hips, which are now a good four inches smaller in diameter.”
But Chyna is keen on maintaining her main assets. “She refused to have her famous butt job removed, but she did get laser treatment done to smooth things out and remove any leftover cellulite,” the source tells OK!
