Paparazzi snapped photos of the 29-year-old looking svelte with her pre-baby body back. It's only been six months since the star gave birth to her daughter, Dream Kardashian, and she's said to have already dropped a whopping 50 pounds. While we'd hope her weight loss is due to real effort, sources previously revealed to OK! magazine Blac Chyna was planning an extreme "body underhaul." Insiders told us she's starting her transformation by ditching her massive boob and butt implants.
“She knows her huge butt is her trademark, but she really wants to tone it down. She wants to get her butt and breast implants removed and replaced with smaller ones," the source claimed.
