Her father, Bobby Brown, has not made an official statement since Feb. 5, but her aunt, Leolah Brown, told a local Fox TV affiliate that Whitney Houston’s daughter is still on life support but showing signs of improvement. “She’s opening her eyes,” Leolah said. “Krissi is doing well right now. She is.”
According to a police report, Bobbi Kristina was involved in a traffic accident two days before she was found unresponsive. The report says she lost control of her Jeep Liberty after a tire blew out and collided with another vehicle in oncoming traffic. Two people were injured.
The Associated Press reported that police showed up at Brown’s house on Jan. 23 when there was a reported dispute outside her townhouse in the suburbs of Atlanta.

RadarOnline reported from a Brown family source that not all of the Brown family is being allowed in the hospital to see Bobbi Kristina. “Every single random family member that has come to the hospital to see Krissy is not being allowed into her room,” the family source told Radar, adding that Bobby has been the gatekeeper. “Bobby doesn’t want Krissy to be disturbed at all and only wants people who are going to help her around her.”

Following reports of a family brawl last week, Brown has only let her grandmother, Cissy Houston, Pat and Gary "Houston" Garland and Michael Houston in the room.
Bobbi Kristina’s self-described husband Nick Gordon released a statement on Friday after Bobbi Kristina’s cousin Jerod Brown told a local news station that he was taking legal action to see his girlfriend.
"In response to reports that Nick Gordon is taking legal action, he would like it to be clear, he is not," Gordon’s attorney Randy Kessler said in a statement. "Mr. Gordon's only concern is the recovery of Bobbi Kristina. He remains in constant prayer for his companion and he hopes to be reunited with her soon. Despite the incredible public interest, we ask and hope that this request can be resolved privately by Mr. Gordon and the family."

As for the criminal investigation, police have confirmed one is ongoing though no exact details have officially been released by authorities. The 911 call on Jan. 23 was released to the public after Bobbi Kristina was found unresponsive in her bathtub by Gordon on Jan. 31.
