The ladies of Real Housewives of Orange County might want to start looking for new jobs just in case. According to a new report, Bravo producers are considering firing the entire cast to keep the show from being "boring." While certain cast members are safer than others, none of the women can be certain about their future on the show until they receive their new contracts, which are reportedly set to go out the week of January 6.

"The pickup letters are going to be sent out the week of January 6 and no one is safe. Bravo execs are considering firing everyone. They don’t want the show to be boring. They’re making the decision now and are going to let the ladies know in a few days," a source told RadarOnline.com.

As RHOC fans know, Vicki Gunvalson was demoted to a "friend of the cast" for season 14. The businesswoman later declared that she would not return for another season unless she was promoted back to being a full-time housewife. “I’m never coming back reduced again,” she told the crowd at BravoCon 2019 in November. However, that decision might not be hers to make.

"Vicki’s demotion may turn into her getting fired completely. Vicki has no leverage anymore. The execs are in charge and they don’t want the show to be the same. All of the fighting, the lawsuits, it was difficult," the source added. Vicki filed a defamation lawsuit against Kelly Dodd, Bravo network and its parent company, NBC Universal in November 2019. She ultimately decided to withdraw the lawsuit after resolving matters with the producers, which enabled her to attend the reunion taping.

Producers are allegedly leaning towards keeping Tamra Judge, Shannon Beador, and Kelly, but Emily Simpson, Gina Kirschenheiter, and Braunwyn-Windham Burke are all reportedly on the chopping block. "The viewers don’t connect with the new ladies as much as the longer existing ones,” another source previously dished to the outlet.

Kelly is based in Orange County while Rick is based in New York City. During a lunch with Ramona Singer the day after Rick's proposal, Kelly told her fans that Ramona was pushing her to make the switch. "So I'm having lunch with the beautiful Ramona. She wants me to be on the Real Housewives of New York, what do you think about that?" Kelly said in the Instagram Stories video. "Yeah! You're moving to New York, join the show," Ramona said.
