Britney Spears wants to end her 11-year long conservatorship. During her recent court hearing, the singer reportedly told a judge that her father Jamie Spears forced to her to enter a mental health facility against her will.

On April 3, the singer headed to rehab for a 30-day stint in Los Angeles. At the time, she wrote on Instagram, "We all need to take time for a little me time.'”

However, according to a report, Britney, 37, claimed that Jaime who forced her enter the facility. She also reportedly claimed that her father made her take drugs.

Her mother Lynne’s lawyer allegedly agreed with Britney’s accusation and Lynne is hoping to become her daughter’s co-conservator.

Even as Britney’s conservator, Jaime has no authority to force his daughter into treatment without her consent — doing so could be considered illegal.

A source close to the “Toxic” singer claimed that after asking and failing to receive more freedom from her current conservatorship, she now wants to end the 11-year long legal arrangement.

The judge overseeing the case has reportedly ordered an expert to evaluate Britney’s mental health and well-being. A decision on the future of the conservatorship won’t be made until the results are returned.
