Brittany, 33, looked amazing in an off-white dress which consisted of a sparkly silver polka dot chiffon overcoat, a silver clutch and silver strappy heels.
Jennie, 47, wore a white quarter sleeve dress with a thin brown belt and gold heels.
Jennie's Beverly Hills, 90210 costar Tori Spelling and her husband Dean McDermott, who recently revealed that they use CBD lube in the bedroom, also made an appearance at the event. Tori, 46, wore a black and white lace dress and Dean, 52, wore jeans and a light blue blazer with sneakers.
Jenny McCarthy showed off her curves in a sexy black dress which had yellow detailing and a slit up her leg.
Disney Channel alum Emily Osment wore a leopard print romper and a white blazer. She added a pair of black stilettos and held a small clutch.
Robin Thicke was all smiles in a black suit with a black and white polka dot button down shirt. He added a pair of shiny dress shoes and rocked his signature aviator sunglasses.
