Brooks Ayers is in very hot water. The former boyfriend of Vicki Gunvalson was just outed by the very hospital he lied about seeking cancer treatment at—City of Hope Medical Center denied ever treating Brooks for cancer. Now, in a tell-all interview with Andy Cohen, Brooks still tried defend his life-threatening diagnosis.

The interview special, The Real Housewives Of Orange County: Brooks Tells All, was taped weeks before the cancer center denied treatment and Brooks finally admitted to forging documents to prove his disease. Andy stated, “Since then, City Of Hope Medical Center has revealed that Brooks was never treated for cancer at their facility, contrary to his claim. And then just yesterday Brooks admitted that he had indeed fabricated medical records, quote, 'In hopes of putting doubts about my cancer to rest.'”

Brooks, 43, said, “I've been in treatment - chemotherapy plus a lot of holistic approaches, alternative medicine to build up my immune system. It's not uncommon for people to do that - for now going on 11 months. My numbers are normalizing, my lesions in my lymphatic system have gone. They were golf ball size and they're gone now.”
Their conversation did not instill faith in viewers or fans. Instead, the interview took a turn as Brooks blamed two other exes who have accused him of faking cancer and flat tires for “missing” an appointment with a cancer specialist recommended by Shannon Baedor. Though, Brooks did confirm he is seeing Jim Bellino’s private physician who ironically was diagnosed with the same cancer and is currently in remission.

He was also quick to blame Vicki, 48. He claimed, “The main source of information came from Vicki who sometimes leaves out some critical pieces of a story that create those questions. And quite frankly Vicki misspeaks quite a bit and sometimes tells people what they want to hear.” Brooks did not have favorable things to say about two other ex girlfriends, who he insisted are just jealous, pissed off women who want to do hurtful things.

Brooks brushed off his missed doctor’s appointment with Shannon’s recommended doctor. First, he blamed producers for mixing up appointment dates and then blamed car trouble for his lack of appearance. Andy said, “You got two flat tires? Doubters say you never saw Shannon's doctors because you would have had to show your medical records.” “Whatever,” Brooks answered.

The former reality star revealed he’s packing up and moving to Florida. He insisted, “I'm not running from anything - I'm just running to peace and tranquility as opposed to being with the whole minutia of that situation with the housewives.”
In an interview with Extra after Brooks’ shocking surprise Vicki promised, “We will never be back together. I will never see him again … I hate him, I hate him with everything in me, and I don’t hate people.”
