Rapper Cardi B made sure all eyes were on her while in London, as she stepped out in an attention-grabbing outfit. The 25-year-old is currently in town for the MOBO 2017 Awards, after being nominated for not one, but two Grammy Awards thanks to the success of her hit song Bodak Yellow.
Cardi wore a black bra, black PVC pants, heels, and a blazer with a crystal-embellished design while heading to London's Tape club in Mayfair. She wore her hair bone straight and her makeup was on point as she rocked lipgloss, silver eyeshadow, and eyeliner.
It's been an incredible year for the beauty, who was nominated for a Grammy award for both Best Rap Song and Best Rap Performance. After learning of her nomination, she told Capital XTRA, “It’s taken me some time to take in. I’m just happy that I’m even there! I’m going against people like Kendrick Lamar and Jay-Z.”
“It’s a lot of hard work,” she added. “But if you want it and the more you keep hearing you can have it, you can just go and get it.”
On top of her success, Cardi B has another reason to be glowing. She and rapper Offset recently got engaged, after he proposed with a massive 8-carat pear-shaped diamond ring during Power 99’s Powerhouse concert in Philadelphia in October.
She said about the engagement, “I just want to go to sleep and wake up and make sure this ain’t a dream. Thank you God for all these blessings. Thank you babe @offsetyrn God really sent you to me.”
