Carrie Ann Inaba took a major tumble. During the October 14 Disney-themed episode of Dancing with the Stars, the judge got a little too excited and she ended up falling out of her seat while the show was live on the air!

The 51-year-old’s huge wipeout happened just after Kate Flannery and her dancing partner Pasha Pashkov finished their performance of the Mary Poppins song “A Spoonful of Sugar.” Carrie Ann loved the routine and told the duo how much she appreciated their “well-rehearsed” and “in sync” rendition. The couple ended scoring an impressive 24/30 from the judges.

However, The Talk cohost's excitement soon got the best of her. Carrie stood up to take a closer look at a broom prop from the dance and when she returned to her seat, she misjudged the distance. The chair ended up falling off of the platform and Carrie fell to the ground along with it.

This isn’t the first time she’s fallen during the show either! In 2012, after she was excited about a performance — this time from Gilles Marini and Peta Murgatroyd — she missed her seat and fell over.

“Let the baby-making begin!” Carrie said at the time before tumbling over. When host Tom Bergeron went over to check on her, he joked, “When you said, ‘Let the baby-making begin,’ I didn’t think you’d get in position.” She fired back at him, “You know what, I’ll take a fall any time like that."

Last night's laughter and good-natured joviality was able to continue from the start of the episode to the end because no one was eliminated. The most recent contestant to get the axe was Lamar Odom and his dance partner Peta, 33. However, the former NBA player did the best to stay positive about being ousted.

"The sun will shine tomorrow," he told ET after the show. "I’ll wake up, work out, move forward. It means a lot, especially when I see Peta crying, my sister here. I would have liked to move on, but since it didn’t happen.”
