Catelynn Lowell is feeling the love! In a new emotional tweet, the Teen Mom OG star shared with fans the status of her stay in the treatment center in Arizona and hinted when she will be coming home!

Catelynn shared a very sweet and emotional message to her fans.

The reality television star announced on her Instagram that she is traveling to Arizona to receive treatment and even gave a special shoutout to her husband, Tyler Baltierra and their daughter, Novalee.

Fans began to worry about Catelynn after Tyler posted some concerning tweets about sending prayers to his wife.

Tyler stepped into the role of a loving and supporting spouse as he continued to tweet sweet messages for his wife.

Prior to leaving, Catelynn gave some fans some insight on what is really going on with her health. "For everyone that thinks I'm so "strong" I'm really not... one day you will know why. I also can be very weak..," she tweeted.

And she also had to give a shoutout to her fans and supporters tweeting, "You guys have NO CLUE on how much you lift me up sometimes..."

Fans began questioning what type of treatment Catelynn would be receiving, so Tyler took to Twitter to reveal that she is there to get "healthy emotionally."

Over the years on the reality television series, both Catelynn and Tyler have revealed that they have both struggled emotionally in the past and even admitted to having suicidal thoughts.
