Catelynn Lowell is doing better than ever just days after she finished her third stint in rehab! Click through to see the Teen Mom OG star’s latest update since she returned home to her husband Tyler Baltierra and daughter Nova.
Catelynn posted a quote to her Instagram page, letting fans know that she’s feeling like the best version of herself these days.
"I’m stronger because I had to be, I’m smarter because of my mistakes, happier because of the sadness I’ve known, and now wiser because I learned,” she shared.
She added the hashtag, “#yourpastdoesnotdefineyou.”

Catelynn entered rehab for the third time in January to work through her “trauma” and to get “on different meds.”
She previously checked herself into treatment in November after suffering a miscarriage. As the time, she tweeted that she’d “thought of every way possible to commit suicide.”
