Now, seven months after the 73-year-old's tragic passing, Celine is planning to make a very permanent tribute to her late hubby.

"Since my husband passed away, they can make the tattoo as this heartbeat. I might have his heartbeat on my body for the rest of my life,'' the 48-year-old singer explained to Vogue, revealing her plans to immortalize her husband's memory on her skin.
