The daily grind of intense Dancing With The Stars rehearsals continues for Chris Soules, who four weeks in is still in the competition with his partner, Witney Carson, last season's reigning champ.

Chris and Witney were seen by paparazzi leaving another intense dance sesh. Let's hope Chris didn't wear jeans and Witney changed out of her LBD for the actual rehearsals!
Chris dedicated Monday night's "Most Memorable Year" dance to Whitney Bischoff, his fiance whom he met on The Bachelor. "Look who dropped by to help me perfect the rumba today! I'm dedicating this week's performance to my love," he captioned this cute pic.

And after his heartfelt dance, Chris told reporters at the after show that things are great between his fiance and The Bachelor runner-up, Becca Tilley. "I'm so glad they're friends," Chris said. "I'm just glad they were able to keep their friendship, because they're great girls."
And it looks like the friendship is still pretty strong between Witney and Whitney! Despite reports that there's rivalry between Chris' DWTS partner and his wife-to-be, these girls have been doing a lot of hanging out. Hopefully their friendship will last long after the season ends, as it has for Whitney and Becca.
