What a week it has been for Ant and Christina Anstead. They welcomed their first child via C-section, a son named Hudson London Anstead, on Friday, September 6, and have shared several sweet moments with him since then! One memory that Christina, 36, posted on her Instagram on Saturday, September 7, was when her kids, son Brayden and daughter Taylor, met their baby brother for the first time ever!
Taylor, 8, Brayden, 4, and Ant, 40, all cuddled around Christina’s hospital bed for the adorable snap. “Perfectly captured candid moment of Tay and Bray meeting baby Hudson yesterday- just a little excited,” the new mommy captioned.
Brayden and Ant had a big smile on their face while Taylor could not have looked more excited to meet her baby sibling. “This is so adorable,” one fan wrote in the comments section. “Congratulations! What a precious moment to capture.”
Christina uploaded the first photo of her baby boy hours after welcoming him via C-section. The Flip or Flop star explained why she chose to undergo this procedure in a lengthy Instagram post shared on Friday, August 30.
Both Christina and Tarek shared hilarious social media posts about how different life is with a new baby in the world on Saturday, September 7.
“I always wanted to know what 12 minutes of sleep feels like… now I know,” Ant joked on his Twitter. “My day...... (summed up) I find myself high fiving and being genuinely excited about a decent sized poo in a nappy,” he also shared.
Christina posted other moments on her Instagram Stories including one of her son peacefully sleeping and her friend coming through with a ton of coffee that helped keep her and Ant awake.
The new mommy star first announced her pregnancy in March 2019. Both she and Ant already have children from previous relationships (she shares Brayden and Taylor with Flip or Flop ex Tarek El Moussa).
Christina and Ant didn’t wait to long to hop on the baby train together. They wed only three months before at their Californian home.
