The CMA Country Christmas special aired on Monday, December 10, and there were plenty of high notes courtesy of country music’s best. From Reba McEntire to Brad Paisley to Martina McBride, this year’s show was full of joy, music, and fun. Keep reading for all the details.

Reba returned to host the event for the second time.

The singer-turned-actress wowed in a display of outfits that glowed like your favorite Christmas tree ornament. She also showed off her incredible voice – not once, not twice, but four times!

Brad, who is no slouch himself when it comes to hosting, also got into the holiday spirit. He opted for an acoustic performance of “Away in the Manger.”

Martina, who’s made it tradition to release a holiday album, sang two singles off her latest record It’s The Holiday Season. She performed “It’s Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas” and “Happy Holiday.”

Meanwhile, Grammy-nominated duo Dan + Shay wowed with their rendition of “I’ll Be Home for Christmas.”

Pop icon Tony Bennett also made an appearance. The 92-year-old did a duet with Diana Krall for “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas.” The performance then broke into Diana’s jazzy solo of “Jingle Bells” and his version of “My Favorite Things.”

Amy Grant and Michael W. Smith also hit the stage together. They sang Amy’s single “To Be Together” and his single “Gloria.”

The duo was then joined by a 22-person choir for a rendition of “Angles We Have Heard on High.”

Country crooner Brett Eldredge also lent his smooth voice to the special with his performance of “Mary Did You Know.”
