Fans are convinced Amy Duggar threw some shade at her disgraced cousin Josh on Instagram! In a recent Instagram post, The Counting On star commended her cousin’s pregnant wife Anna for being “brave” and “forgiving.” However, a few commenters thought it was a backhanded compliment.
Anna, 31, posted videos and pictures from her birthday celebration on June 23. She boasted, “Turned 31 years old today and I have so much to be thankful for!”
The soon-to-be mom-of-six added, “11 years ago today I said, ‘Yes!’ to the man of my dreams! So grateful for God’s grace and redemption over our family! 5 beautiful, healthy, and energetic growing kiddos and one more on the way!”
“Love you sweet girl, you're brave, you are forgiving, a great momma, and stronger than I could ever be. ?,” Amy, 32, wrote in the comments section.
She continued, “Ohh... and Happy Birthday to you!”

Although Anna took it as a compliment, fans did not! “Emphasis on forgiving am I right ladies,” one person wrote. Another commented, “With the amount of hell he has put you through, he should be kissing the ground you walk on.”
As Counting On fans know, Josh, 31, admitted to molesting five girls, including four of his sisters, between 2002 and 2003. His father Jim Bob was the one who reported him to the Arkansas State Police. The news, however, did not break until 2015 and Josh was promptly axed from the show.
The disgraced family member also admitted to having a porn addiction in the months following the scandal.
