In a police report obtained by RadarOnline.com on Tuesday, the full details of Peter Thomas’ alleged attack on a man at his Charlotte, North Carolina, sports bar were revealed. But despite the latest drama surrounding her husband, The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Cynthia Bailey has remained quiet about the incident and her husband’s current troubles!
WBTV reported that Thomas was accused of attacking Brandon Patrick Link during the early hours of Jan. 24.
And the police report obtained by RadarOnline.com detailed that Link was hospitalized for minor injuries following his alleged attack by another person, who Link later told WBTV was Thomas.
Cops at the scene of the incident on Jan. 24 determined that “no assault occurred.” But on Monday, after reviewing the police report, a judge issued a criminal summons for simple assault for Thomas.
According to additional reports on the incident, Thomas claims that Link was drunk, causing him to be kicked out of the bar by the venue’s security! The reports added that Thomas said Link then ended up slipping on ice outside the bar.
Thomas has remained pretty quiet on the situation, though, with the RHOA star posting his last Instagram post on Sunday evening. And Bailey is also staying mum on the situation, only posting new IG posts promoting her modeling agency and recent magazine photo shoots as talk of the fight grows!
Thomas and Bailey are continuing to weather divorce talk following Thomas’ ugly cheating scandal ahead of RHOA’s Season 8.
