And since Michelle Williams has never dropped below a 4.0 fashion GPA, Kate Young, the allusive "she" we're referring to, has become a woman to turn to for solid and lasting style advice. Now that she's joined the Target/Designer collborators list, which designers like Jason Wu, Prabal Gurung, Proenza Schouler, Oscar de la Renta are all on, we get to see her ideas in affordable pieces that everyone can buy—not just on the Oscars red carpet.

"Hot colors are great. Hot pink. That, you know, bright, bright yellow is really big this season. White is a huge, huge trend. I’ve been wearing a lot of white lately, just because it looks fresh and beautiful. Even though we’re before Memorial Day, I think it’s nice to get a little summer ahead. And then, the whole mod is really, really good. The Met is doing their whole punk exhibition and mod is super, super hot. So anything that is 60s inspired—go for it."
