"It holds so many bad memories," a source told OK! of the 1950s mansion that Moore and Kutcher remodeled together.

"She suspects he brought in other women when she wasn't around," the source said of Kutcher. The actor now has two children with Mila Kunis, who is fed up with his ex Moore for meddling in their life.

Another big reason Moore wants to leave her L.A. home behind is the tragic incident two years ago where a 21-year-old man died in her pool during a party. She and her daughters were out of the country at the time.

While Moore wasn't home during the party, the deceased boy's parents are now suing Tree House Trust, who own the property, and the hosts of the party. They say their son couldn't swim, and so he wouldn't voluntarily be in the pool.
