It was originally reported that this was good news for Lara, as it gives her more time to focus on her production company, Duffkat Media, which makes lifestyle shows including HGTV’s Flea Market Flip and Cooking Channel’s Farmer’s Market Flip. She has had a longtime presence on the popular morning program, as she’s been with GMA on some level since 1999.

Lara’s cutbacks may have more to do with her attitude as opposed to splitting time between her two jobs, as a source alleged to Page Six that her treatment of others off camera is the reason for why she won’t be appearing as much.

“Staff are relieved that Lara’s schedule is being cut back,” claimed an industry insider. “She treats staff badly, she yells at people and she makes a lot of extra work for people.”

However, a rep for GMA denied the claims. "This is ridiculous. She is the ultimate team player," they said. "Lara decided to cut back her hours on GMA to focus on her production company.”  So what’s the real truth behind this morning show drama?
