Although Josh and Anna Duggar are on the brink of divorce following his cheating scandal, another Duggar family member is ending his marriage! Cousin Amy Duggar’s father Terry Jordan filed for divorce against his wife Deanna Duggar on December 21.
In Arkansas court documents obtained by RadarOnline, Terry, 53, separated from his wife because of her “intolerable” treatment. The estranged couple “resided together off-and-on” over their nine-year marriage.
“The Defendant has treated the Plaintiff with such indignities as to render his condition in life intolerable,” attorney Elizabeth Finocchi said in the Washington County Circuit Court papers.
The couple divided up their “marital property and debts” before filing the papers.
Jim Bob Duggar’s older sister filed a restraining order against Terry in 1992 after he reportedly threatened to kill her and “the baby.” In the restraining order, Deanna claimed her then-partner had “no paternal roots” to Amy, who was 5 at the time.
