Eileen Davidson is returning to The Young and the Restless once again. She'll be appearing in an upcoming on-screen and real-life memorial episode dedicated to her late former costar Kristoff St. John. Read on for all the details.

“When I was initially contacted by Y&R it was only supposed to be for a quick visit, but after Kristoff St. John’s passing, the show asked if I would participate in their plans to honor both Neil and Kristoff,” she told Soap Opera Digest exclusively on Thursday, March 28.

Eileen, 59, returned to Y&R as her longtime character Ashley Abbott for a two-episode stint on March 28 and 29.

She'll join several other Y&R alum for Kristoff's tribute episode, including Shemar Moore and Mishael Morgan. It's set to air on April 29.

Kristoff was found dead in his home on Sunday, February 3. It was ruled as accidental and the cause was listed as hypertrophic heart disease.

Eileen posted several touching tributes to her former costar shortly after his passing was announced on Monday, February 4.
