It's good to be Jen! Not only is the 51-year-old The Morning Show actress in the running to take home the trophy for lead actress in a drama series at this year's Emmy Awards (which will take place Sept. 20), she's also in the best shape of her life! "Changing up my workout routine is key. I always try to surprise my muscles," spilled Jen, who breaks a sweat for about an hour a day, alternating between jumping rope, strength training and — her favorite! — boxing. "There's something about the mental aspect of boxing — the drills, your brain has to work, you're not just sitting on a bike. It's amazing."

The Black-ish star — who's also up for lead actress in a comedy series — has found her perfect fitness formula: She eats "simple whole foods," avoids gluten and dairy and exercises three to four times a week, focusing mostly on circuit-style resistance training. "I switch it up with other workouts, sometimes squats and lunges and deadlifts," dished Tracee, 47, who also takes Tracy Anderson's dance cardio classes. "They're really good for me. I love the studio atmosphere and how beautiful and sexy and long and strong I look when I work out!"

"My goal is to eat what makes my body feel good," shared the longtime vegetarian, 48, adding that her diet consists mostly of veggies and healthy grains. When it comes to exercise, Christina — whose work on Dead To Me earned her a nod for lead actress in a comedy series — shoots for an hour a day in her home gym. "My trainer comes over and we get in as much weight work and cardio as we can," she revealed. "I also have a spin bike at home. So if I don't have time to see my trainer I'll get on the bike for a half an hour and kind of zone out."

Issa's admitted exercise isn't her favorite thing to do. But the Insecure standout knows how important it is for her health — and her waistline. "Time to work out is so limited, but when I first started seeing myself on TV, I was like, 'I gotta make time!'" confessed the 35-year-old, who'll be vying for lead actress in a comedy series. Now the mostly clean-eating star takes daily hour-long walks to burn calories. "I alternate between walking and jogging," she added. "I hate jogging... but I recognize it helps."

Consistency is key for Kerry. For years, the nominee for lead actress in a limited series or TV movie, 43, has been sticking to a balanced diet, eating small, clean meals throughout the day, with a focus on lean protein and veggies. She's also a longtime fan of Pilates, which she alternates with activities like hiking and dance classes. "I love to exercise," said the Little Fires Everywhere star. "I generally do it every day."

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel star, 30, makes fitness a priority by scheduling classes whenever and wherever she can. "It's harder to skip a class you've signed up for," explained Rachel, who's nominated for lead actress in a comedy series. "I like to take yoga or Pilates or spinning. If I'm left to my own devices in a hotel room or in my apartment, I'll probably choose an extra hour of sleep!"
