Where are her freckles? Elle France is being accused of excessively photoshopping Meghan Markle’s recent cover.
Posing for the December issue, the soon-to-be Duchess of Sussex wore a denim shirt, long floral skirt, and an oh-so-sleek bun. #trèschic.
While the former Suits actress was the picture of elegance, one of her most identifiable features seemed to be missing – her freckles, which led some to assume they had been airbrushed out of the photo.
Meghan previously told Allure, “my pet peeve is when my skin tone is changed and my freckles are airbrushed out of a photo shoot."
She added: "For all my freckle-faced friends out there, I will share with you something my dad told me when I was younger: ‘A face without freckles is a night without stars.’”
Elle France has yet to comment on the alleged photoshop scandal.
