Derick Dillard didn’t hold back when it came time to wish his wife, Jill Duggar, a happy birthday! The former Counting On star posted a gushing message on Instagram, but fans think he went too far!

Derick 30, posted a photo of himself and Jill on her 28th birthday. The two went hiking at Lincoln Lake in Arkansas.
In the caption, Derick raved over his wife, writing, “Happy birthday to my smoochie darling sweetie sweet muffin baby doll with cinnamon on top.”
“This is where I brought you exactly 5 years ago today, and life with you has just gotten better each day since ;) I love you with all my heart! ❤️,” he finished.
Derick’s caption made some followers uncomfortable. “????????,” one simply wrote.
“The most sickening thing I have ever read. Reads like a 6 year old wrote it,” another commented.
“Do people usually put cinnamon on baby dolls?” one fan asked.
Others liked Derick’s post. Jill’s pregnant sister-in-law Anna Duggar commented, “So sweet!”
