Farrah's Boyfriend Simon Just Confessed A HUGE Pregnancy Bombshell

Oh baby! Farrah Abraham and Simon Saran have been soaking up the sun together in Jamaica to celebrate her 26th birthday this week, but does the on-again-off-again couple have another HUGE reason to celebrate?! The Teen Mom OG star's boyfriend spills the truth after fans suspect the reality star is pregnant again!

After Simon posted a photo of the two of them, fans began asking, "Is she pregnant? She looks prego here!" Another fan added, "Wow! Congrats! When are you due?"

But don't start congratulating the couple yet because Simon is clearing up the rumors! He told RadarOnline.com, “She’s not pregnant.”

He added, “I believe she had too much Dr. Pepper to drink for breakfast that left her looking bloated."

The controversial reality television couple has had theirs ups and downs over getting engaged. On a previous season, Farrah purchased an engagement ring with the hopes that he would propose, but he never got down on one knee. On more recent episodes, Farrah called it off with Simon because he doesn't want to get married.
