The 27-year-old shared another photo writing, "Fertile."
While some fans were freaking out about a possible baby hint, some just assumed that she was referring to her "egg" bikini.
Farrah recently opened up about the possibility of having another baby in March 2019. When asked if she wants more kids on Hollywood Life's podcast, she replied, "It just doesn't seem plausible right now." Adding, "I don't know!"
Unsure about her future plans, Farrah said that her friend is adopting a 10-year-old child at the moment, which is something she is open to! “I’m open to adoption,” she said. “I feel again like I don’t want to necessarily go backward if it feels backwards," she explained. But as always, Farrah is "open for the right situation." She added, "I never close a door, I just know what I want."

Farrah welcomed her only child, daughter Sophia, while starring on 16 & Pregnant back in 2009.
