Frances Bean Cobain just lost her dad Kurt's guitar in a messy divorce battle with her ex-husband, Isaiah Silva. According to court documents obtained by People, the 25-year-old musician had to give up the prized possession in the divorce settlement.

Frances and Isaiah married in 2014 and filed for divorce two years later, in March 2016. The daughter of the rock legend was considered a single woman in November, but the couple was still splitting up their assets.

One item that was holding up the process was the guitar Kurt played during his MTV Unplugged performance in November 1993, less than a year before he died of suicide.

Isaiah claimed that Frances gave him the guitar as a gift, but she denies that version of events. The guitar is worth millions, according to The Blast.

In the court documents, Frances stated Isaiah shouldn't be entitled to any money from Kurt's estate, valued around $450 million.

Frances, who's now dating artist Matthew Cook, will keep all of Kurt's inheritance, with the exception of the guitar, and not have to share any with Isaiah.
