Ariana Grande’s friends want her to stay focused on herself and no one else right now. The “No Tears Left To Cry” singer was diagnosed with PTSD following the tragic bombing at her Manchester concert last year, and she recently split from her fiancé Pete Davidson after her ex Mac Miller died of an overdose. The back-to-back tragedies have naturally taken a toll on the 25-year-old, and those closest to Ariana are encouraging her to take a break and focus on her mental health.

“This has been an emotional roller coaster for her. It’s a miracle she’s still holding it together after everything she’s seen,” the friend continued.“A lot of people think it would be good for her to take a break and get professional help. Everyone’s rooting for her, and the main thing that Ariana needs to know is that she’s loved.”

An insider previously told RadarOnline.com that Ariana is taking the necessary steps to take care of her mental health. “Ariana is taking Mac’s death really rough, and her mother has been staying with her right now. She’s in therapy," the friend told the site. A spokesperson for the singer also said Ariana would be taking "some much-needed time to heal and mend."
