“Her favorite exercise trick is using TRX suspension ropes, but she also does pilates, rowing and weight work,” an insider told OK! exclusively. “Gal’s diet is super healthy, proteins and vegetables, but she does indulge in the odd cheeseburger.”

According to PopWorkouts.com, Gal trained for her Amazon body with Mark Twight and Thomas Bradley of Gym Jones in New York City. The trio focused on cardio with weight training, a balanced diet, and plenty of water and sleep!

The insider also noted that Gal’s background helped her stick to the demands of becoming Wonder Woman: “She’s Israeli so she’s done two years of military service and that’s always helped her be disciplined about her health.”

Gal even managed to film some of her Wonder Woman scenes while five months pregnant! And when her daughter Maya arrived in March, she quickly dropped the baby weight. “Gal was looking slim again three weeks after Maya was born,” the source told OK!
