The MTV dad was pulled over while driving in Indiana on May 5, according to The Blast.
Gary was cited for speeding in excess of 55 mph and for a window tint violation.

Gary was set to appear in court, but he reached a deal with the State Of Indiana, so he paid a $252 fine.
