Real Housewives of Orange County star Gina Kirschenheiter is moving it along in her divorce with estranged husband Matthew. Court documents showed that she recently served him with her financial records for one major reason. Read on for all the details.

Gina served her soon-to-be ex-husband with her financial docs as she needs support from him. Does this mean that she won't be back for season 14 of RHOC and is relying on him to help her out in the interim?

She first filed for divorce from Matthew in April after 8 years of marriage together. This occurred months before her debut on the Bravo series happened. She cited irreconcilable differences for the split.

In her petition, Gina listed the date of marriage as May 15, 2010 and the separation date as March 3, 2018. The two share three children with one another. Although she has spoken amicably about Matthew as a father in the past, she's still asking for joint legal and primary physical custody. He filed court docs months later demanding that she not be granted primary custody and checked the box seeking joint custody.

Not only is Gina seeking spousal support but she wants his right to seek support terminated. Matthew did agree that she should be paid spousal support, however he did note that he wants all assets he owned before the marriage (clothing, jewelry, etc) to be awarded to him, along with his post-separation earning.
