Does anyone actually remember that Gossip Girl star Blake Lively & Leonardo DiCaprio dated? Well, they did, and some juicy secrets have been spilled about their brief love affair!
The show is celebrating its 10th anniversary on the small screen, and executive producer Joshua Safran spoke to Vanity Fair about the series and the unusual antics of Blake & Leo.
When the two were dating, Joshua revealed that Blake would send photos of her doll to Leo. No details on what kind of doll it was, but we’ll just go along with the creepiness of this.
Of course, she would send photos of herself to him as well, and was enjoying this sort of “selfie” type of lifestyle before it became popular.
"Blake was way ahead of the curve. It was pre-Instagram. She was documenting her life in photographs in a way that people were not yet doing.” Joshua said.

The details of Blake & Leo’s relationship were minimal at best (they were only together for five months back in 2011), but this secret is one that will sure be memorable even if its six years later!
She is now married to Deadpool star Ryan Reynolds, who she has two daughters with. Leo has been linked to many women since Blake, most recently with rumored girlfriend Lorena Rae.
Blake said in that same interview that she would consider doing a revival of the hit CW series, saying “'Of course. I'm open to anything that's good, that's interesting, and that sort of feels necessary. . . . I imagine we all would consider it.”
Maybe a storyline with a doll will be in the reboot for Blake’s character, Serena? Who knows!
