Gwen Stefanipulled off the perfect casual Sunday chic look on October 27. The “Hollaback Girl” singer went to her son Kingston’s football game in a funky outfit, complete with bright booties. Gwen, 50, enjoyed some relaxing family time without her boyfriend Blake Shelton. The country music star did not attend the game.
The “Cool” songstress rocked a long sleeve tie-dye button up jacket that had orange, brown, olive green, and black coloring. She paired the coat with gray leggings and bright yellow cowgirl booties. Gwen completed the look with an “OKIE” hat, which appeared to be a nod to her beau Blake, 43, who hails from Oklahoma and has a ranch there.
Along the sidelines were Gwen’s other two children Apollo, 11, and Zuma, 5, and her parents. She snacked on some popcorn and sipped sparkling water as she watched her 13-year-old play football. Kingston scored a touchdown at the end of his game, which helped his team defeat the other.
According to reports, noticeably missing from this day of family fun was the country crooner. Where he was is unclear. However, Gwen gushed in the past about how great Blake is with her kids. “He is a good dad, actually. He’s been helping me out a lot. I literally get to the point where I’m like, ‘You gotta get home, I need help,' she revealed to Taste of Country.
She added that even though that they may not appear to be each other’s type, she couldn’t be happier with him. “I just never thought in my wildest dreams, on paper, a cowboy and a ska-like girl from Anaheim would be hanging out, but it works perfect and we’re just having so much fun and we just feel so blessed to be at this point in our lives,” Gwen stated.
Gwen and Blake met in 2014 on the set of The Voice and started dating the following year after they both got divorced. Things appear to be getting serious for the Voice judges. In May, Blake reportedly even asked Gwen’s parents for their permission to marry the “Just A Girl” songstress. However, the couple has no plans to tie the knot any time soon.
In August, the couple purchased a home together in Los Angeles. The house is complete with a pool, fitness center, guesthouse, and tennis court. Hopefully there is also plenty of closet space for the “Sweet Escape” singer’s wardrobe!
