“Gavin is now demanding more than half of her fortune, an insider told RadarOnline. “He has complained that while Gwen was launching her successful clothing line, continuing her music career, and expanding her brand by appearing as a judge on The Voice, he stayed home with their sons,” the source said. And that isn’t all.

According to the insider, “Gavin is even threatening to go to trial if he isn’t given a chunk of Gwen’s fortune. And he will ask for child and spousal support as well.” That’s pretty unfortunate, especially considering that Gwen is worth about $120 million!

Earlier this year, the singer filed for divorce again Gavin, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple dated for six years before Gavin popped the question on New Year’s Day in 2002.
